With headquarters in Daytona Beach , FL, Vision HR is in its 16th year serving clients primarily in the Southeast.  We provide comprehensive payroll services, including payroll processing, payroll tax administration, Human Resource Services including 401k plans, workers comp administration, section 125 plans and operate as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), payroll processor or Human Resource Outsourcer.  Additionally, we operate a smaller Insurance Agency with P & C and employee benefits products as well as a small staffing unit.

As controller this position requires:

  • Accurate financial reporting of multiple companies
  • Filing multi state payroll taxes
  • Administer daily ACH transactions with multiple bank accounts
  • Manage 401k reporting with 3rd party vendors
  • Manage a small accounting department
  • Manage the annual audit
  • CPA required
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree required
  • The successful candidate will have very strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with, Great Plains Accounting Software, Master Tax and CashPro Online
