Mitsukoshi USA has been operating the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT since EPCOT opened in 1982. Also, working at EPCOT, you will help to make magical moments for all guests that come to the Japan Pavilion to learn about Japanese culture and food.
- Assist and collaborate with Chef to ensure culinary goals are met
- Enforce and adhere to the company food handling, food preparation and cooking standards
- Assist Chef to develop and modify menu items
- Adhere to sanitation standards
- Supervise staff in the kitchen and provides them with regular feedback, training and coaching.
- Pay attention to food costs, labor costs and kitchen productivity.
- Estimate and schedule volume of food preparation
