Sales Associate / BDC Representative

We are currently seeking a candidate with prior experience for an Sales Associate / BDC Representative opportunity. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months in any one of these areas: dealership, car sales representative, BDC agent, online car sales support, appointment setting for auto industry, car customer service representative, or a similar role.

Our team provides nationwide car buying services with swift, seamless solutions for individuals in any state who want to sell their car fast. We buy cars nationwide using our proprietary technology, which calculates the vehicle worth to offer customers the best amount. The sky is the limit when you join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls 
• Communicate with customers to determine condition of cars
• Promote excellent customer service support
• Provide sales support to negotiate car prices and close deals
• Improve on strategies for buying cars and business development
• Follow up with customers

Qualifications:     

• At least 6 months related experience
• Customer service and sales skills
• Comfortable working on computers
• Teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to be part of a great team and advance with a company
