Alorica is expanding in Longwood, FL adding 100 Customer Service positions. We are looking for passionate, results oriented customer service and sales representatives to create insanely great customer experiences.

Qualifications:
•HS diploma or GED 
•Must be at least 18 years of age 
•Must be able to pass background check and a drug screen 
•Shifts are from 7am – 11pm Monday- Friday and Saturday 7am – 4pm (must be flexible to work any hours within that time frame)

• Must be able to multitask and be able to diffuse difficult situations 
• Must have good computer skills
• Flexible and adaptable
