Dietitian - Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Provides safe, comprehensive nutrition support services to patients

Works with Community Health Clientele

Works with all ages

Experience with ADHD and Mental Health associated food disorders

Performs comprehensive nutrition assessments, develops and implements nutrition care plans and provides nutrition education and guidance to patients, caregivers and clinical staff

Maintains a cohesive relationship with all clinical staff, as well as reimbursement and support staff, to maximize effectiveness of the nutrition support program

Works closely with clinical managers and Nurse to ensure nutrition support competence, compliance with policy

Identifies ares for operational or clinical improvement

Access to reliable means of transportation which will enable the incumbents to make home visits to treat/attend to their patients and the office as needed.

Proven leadership skills

Able to manager time, delegate, and prioritize with excellent communication skills

Readily accepts change, interested in increasing knowledge base and embraces new challenges

Basic level skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself

Experience  in identifying issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
