As a member of the Outbound team you will be in place to contact previous guests, Wyndham Reward Customers, and non-owner referrals of Wyndham Destinations properties or time share programs. They will inform guest on our products and services with the purpose of selling new mini-vacation packages, at extremely discounted price, to the customer to increase tour flow to our sites.  This will give customers a first or second opportunity to tour one of our resorts and become an owner of vacation ownership with Wyndham Destinations.  Must be able to sell ethically and with excitement at all times.

Responsibilities:

Calls customer leads and pitches current offer that we have available to their area in an ethical manner.  Make the sale to the customer by taking payments over the phone. Provide as much detailed information to the customer as possible.

  • Calling customers and selling our packages to our beautiful resorts
  • Warm Calls Only (No Cold Calling)
  • Tracking of deals and filing appropriate sales paperwork with each sale
  • Customer service with intentions of completing a sale
  • Attend all weekly meetings

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • H.S Diploma or GED
  • Must have basic knowledge of sales practices either on          the phone or in person.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superb phone voice and manner.
  • Proven ability to sell.
  • Experience overcoming objectives and closing sales.
  • Work with little supervision and have the ability to work          best under pressure while being held accountable for                goals achieved.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours which may include              evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Call Center background in Telemarketing preferred.
  • Previous phone sales experience in vacation ownership a plus
