Assistant Director of Front Office (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

The Assistant Director of Front Office is in charge of overseeing and supporting the operations of the Front Office and parking, including but not limited to, the front desk, bell services, valet, paid parking, and the PBX department. The ideal candidate for this position will help with guest issues, paid parking inquires, scheduling for the employees, training of new staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Assistant Director also must be able to assist in all areas and have knowledge of each position while still maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Must have the ability to complete other assigned tasks given by upper management while maintaining a positive attitude with a SMILE!
Candidate must have excellent written, oral and communication skills. Previous experience as an Assistant Director with a large hotel of at least 3 or more years is required. Previous experience with valet/paid parking management of 3 years or more is preferred. Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
