Five Rooms, Five Unique & Immersive Adventures
Every game provides an immersive experience where you get to become a part of the story. Each unique adventure has a problem to solve with only 60 minutes on the clock.
Summary: Responsible for the safe operation of games and game components while delivering exemplary guest service.
General responsibilities include:
Welcome and greet guests
Ensure guest reservations are handled in a timely manner
Provide safety instructions and ensure guest compliance
Responsible for the operation and re-setting of game components
Monitor game components and guest safety via monitors
Understand and demonstrate business practices while opening, operating and closing the venue.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in fast pace environment
Must be able to communicate effectively
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
High school degree or equivalent required
Previous Entertainment or Guest Service experience is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
