Job DescriptionJob responsibilities: Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Marketing campaigns; tracking sales lead data; content development; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Job duties: Assist and run campaigns for our Sales teams and partner network in close coordination with our HQ Marketing department in Boston Design digitally-integrated Marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers Coordinating the management, implementation, tracking, and measurement of Marketing campaigns against lead generation together with our external partner Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within Marketing campaigns Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions Creation of landing pages and automation flows related to campaigns and events Key skills: Management skills: As a Campaign Manager you will devise Marketing plans but your team or external partners will deliver them. Therefore, in this role you will drive and motivate teams and follow up with any further assistance needed. Communication skills: Excellent writing and communication skills are a pre-requisite as you will frequently be tasked with writing copy for various marketing promotions. You must also demonstrate pristine speaking skills. You will be tasked with managing relationships with inside teams and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organization, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns. Numerical skills: A challenging combination, perhaps, but campaign managers need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success or otherwise of campaigns. Digital & software skills: You will work heavily within marketing technical software systems such as Digital Marketing Automation Systems, Marketing Analytics, CMS, and CRM Systems.
