Cashier / Concessioner

We are looking for cashiers who meet these requirements: 

• AT LEAST (1) YEAR of relative work experience
• MUST be able to frequently walk with some standing time and move about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• If hired, employees must be able to provide current and valid identification to verify their legal right to work in the United States as well as pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities as Banquet Server:

• Provide guests with friendly service and maintain positive attitude.
• Properly process all cash, debit card, and credit card transcations.
• Open, count, and close till, including any tips that may be received.
• Contact supervisor/manager when there is a problem with register and transactions including system freezing, guest asking for return, counterfeit bill, or void needed.
• Communicate and follow directions efficiently.
• Adhere to health, safety, grooming and appearance standards at all times.

What we look for in our applicants:

• Experience with POS
• Professional and friendly; able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience with cash counting as well as counting out tills.
• Exceptional multitasker; can juggle order taking while performing money transactions.
• Ability to distinguish counterfeit bills.
• Ability to speak another language is a plus but not required.
