About us:

Murphy Lighting Systems is a lighting systems integrator and service center for cruise lines, theme parks, theatres, houses of worship, schools and other places of assembly.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full Time - Quotations / Purchasing / Accounting representative to assist with accounting and sales administration. Candidates must have a great attitude and sincere interest in lighting and systems integration, with experience in handling quotes and product specifications, or accounting functions with a desire to learn quotations and sales processes.

Responsibilities to include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounting Functions
• Quote Development
• Processing Orders
• Document Control
• Close coordination with management and coworkers in the office and in the field
• Communicating effectively with customers and coworkers

This position requires great attention to detail, follow-up skills, meeting deadlines and an authentic desire to learn. You must have a minimum of 3 years business experience, excellent interpersonal skills, QuickBooks experience, purchase order preparation, and excellent math skills.

Compensation is based upon experience. Terrific health benefits are available after 30 days of full time employment. Two weeks paid vacation allotted upon one year of full-time employment.
