Cleaning Services Professional

Job DescriptionSharpSpring is growing and we re looking for a Cleaning Services Professional! The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have a positive, customer service-oriented attitude and the responsibility of keeping our workplace a clean and safe environment for all. The Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness of building offices, restrooms, shower, common rooms, kitchen areas, hallways, and stairwells Completing housekeeping duties including but not limited to restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disposing of garbage, wiping down blinds, walls, and doors, and window cleaning Taking inventory and restocking of cleaning and kitchen supplies Taking inventory and restocking of pantry goods Moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an incidental basis Coordinating space, furniture, and equipment tasks (inventory) as requested Ensuring security of the building by locking and unlocking doors Removing all waste, recycling, and debris from the building daily Requisition, maintain, inventory, and issue equipment for facilities in assigned area, and assure they are in proper condition Assisting with bi-weekly company lunch setup and breakdown Serving as an on-call contact for building emergencies Performing other related duties as assigned The Person 2-5 years of general maintenance/cleaning or related work experience Strong communication skills Excellent ethics and integrity High attention to detail Collaborative work style Excellent customer service Ability to work independently Professional, positive demeanor
