This position is responsible for processing supplier invoices, preparing payments for suppliers and completing all tasks assigned within the Accounts Payable department in a timely manner as specified by management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performing reservation administration/sold out agent duties including reservation queues.
- Process invoices received by suppliers within the timeframe set by Tourico.
- Payments: responsible for submitting payments ensuring that credit limits are not exceeded and payments are not duplicated nor exceed amount invoiced.
- Ensure checks are prioritized and mailed out accordingly, and filed appropriately.
- Answer all incoming phone calls from Accounts Payable Call Loop within a timely manner.
- Answer assigned generic email boxes assigned to you on a daily basis.
- Research and process all rate discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations received.
- Special Projects. This entails any project deemed necessary by supervisors/management.

- 1-2 years accounting experience preferred.
