Web Applications Developer Assistant

Responsible for analyzing, developing, maintaining, and recommending the integration of web-based solutions in support of online learning.

Assist/develop customized integration solutions to extend the use of UCF's course management system of choice with other learning applications and systems for collaborative instructional models, learning analytics, and rich media content.

Design, program, test, debug, integrate, modify, and document moderately complex web integrations/application code.

Assist/develop customized integration solutions to extend the use of UCF's course management system of choice with other UCF learning systems that are unique to the needs of a particular program/department.

Assist in the integration of UCF's course management system of choice with departmental business applications and productivity tools to ensure delivery of online learning services.

Provide feasibility evaluations and participate in planning of web development architecture to extend the use of UCF's course management system of choice.

Assist/create or modify databases and queries to interface with web applications.

Assist/analyze and troubleshoot complex integration problems between the different learning systems.

Provide necessary data and reports of different supported web based solutions at the Center for Distributed Learning.

Research, recommend, or implement improvements or new web technologies and applications.
