Business Development / A&R representative (CLOSERS WANTED)

The Bread and Circuses A&R representative works in tandem with our scouting team in order todiscover and ultimately sign newly emerging and exciting musical talent.

Once new talent is signed the Bread and Circuses A&R representative works as a liaison between the fulfillment team and the client while a scope of work and roll out is being conducted.

Bread and Circuses is currently enjoying the beginnings of a growth phase and is looking for candidates with transferable skills who wish to either break into the music industry, or music industry professionals who are seeking work in an innovative company.

With the ever changing nature of the music industry the ideal A&R candidate will be passionate about music, while being adaptable, innovative and driven.

Bread and Circuses provides training for all new hires that is both proprietary as well as industry standard.

Touring, other related industry experience, musical ability and / or education with a business and or music curriculum is preferred; however, exceptions may be made for the right candidate.
