Summary of Responsibilities:
Accountable for providing general administrative and marketing support to the Advisors which may include some or all of the functions listed below based on the specific business needs of each of the Advisors.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide new business support to the Advisors, ensuring complete applications, efficient processing and tracking to completion of new business.
- Assist Advisors with the implementation of marketing programs, seminars, special initiatives, and other lead generation programs.
- Maintain CRM system for client notes, correspondence and basic information.
- Respond to routine customer requests for the Advisors via telephone regarding basic information on their premium payments, effective dates and status of his/her policies.
- Prepare client folders for the Advisors.
- Provide telemarketing support and prepare bulk mailings to prospective clients.
- Create and run illustrations and assist Advisors with meeting preparation.
- Provide general administrative assistance including filing, copying and typing correspondence.
- Maintain Office Email, Calendar (set and confirm appointments) for the Advisors.
- Track Advisors licensing with the State and FINRA and/or arrange Continuing Education.
- Adhere to company Compliance guidelines.
