Coordinate the Installation Supervisor s team to maximize productivity and quality of the installations.

Responsible for projects inspection, Walk-thru, Tecnicas scheduling, organize warehouse and relationship with Clients during projects.

Understand client complaints and resolve problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Inspection: Visit job sites prior to installation to verify that conditions are suitable to begin work.

Troubleshoot and find solutions with GC and/or Client.

Supervisor and Installation Assistance: Meet with the Supervisor to deliberate details to the start of the job.

Analyze drawings, installation sequence and special conditions.

Discuss project related issues with the Supervisor, GC and/or Client.

Call countertop fabricator and coordinate with Installation Supervisor Client Relationship: Responsible for being the key contact person during installation.

Walk-Thru: Participate in the Walk-Thru on job site with the Supervisor, GC and/or Client.

Tecnica: Process all required Tecnicas in METRON.

Schedule all required Tecnicas with GC and/or Client.

Meet with the Tecnica Installer to deliberate details to the start of the job.

Schedule and complete final Tecnica Walk-Thru.

Errors breakdown by department Auditing: Create and manage compliance reports.

Report results and goals to Director SUPERVISORY Coordinate the Tecnica installer.

Responsible for hiring, firing, coaching, disciplining and evaluating performance.

Enforce company policies and procedures.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Management Industry.

Bachelor or Technical degree in related field of study (Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Supply Chain Management, Business).

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure using common fractions and decimals; ability to compute dimensions.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and architectural plans and to write reports.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Intermediate computer skills including design software, email, internet, MS Word and MS Excel.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese a plus.
