Marketing Representative - Title Company experience

We are looking for a Marketing rep with experience in marketing Title Companies.

Job Overview:

This account executive opportunity will both encompass and utilize an individuals account management & development skills selling business to business. We seek a motivated, friendly, outgoing individual with a positive "can do" attitude who will represent our brand. Must develop and establish professional working relationships with others in the industry (lenders, asset managers, real estate brokers, investors, developers, and residential home buyers and sellers), and be prepared to attend and plan industry networking events regularly.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will (have)

• A minimum of 2-5 years business to business sales experience with some experience calling Banks, Mortgage Co's or related industries to develop referrals.
• A strong understanding of the real estate Market as either a closer or marketing rep in the Title Industry* Professional Image & communication skills
• Ability to work with various departments to close files
• Ability to network & drive referrals
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to bring in 10 closing a months & close 50-60 files a month.
• Not afraid of commission or bonus structure

Skills Needed :

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Prior experience in the real estate or title insurance industry Required.
• Existing book of business or preexisting industry relationships preferred.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
