After demonstrating their effectiveness in generating leads, they are considered to go into our Mortgage Licensing Program, where we pay for their training to be a Mortgage Banker.
Trainees have a chance to advace quickly into top-earning departments of Network Capital.
The Job: No Experience necessary.
Entry level sales in the lucrative Real Estate Finance industry.
Inbound and outbound calling with people who are prequalified for loans.
Transfer interested clients to Mortgage Bankers.
Career advancement program to become an Elite Mortgage Professional - offered to those whose attitude, effort, and performance earn it.
The Person: You must.
Be looking for full-time work only.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess basic computer and data entry skills.
Be a strong, self-motivated leader.
Hold the ability to perform and multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Work well as part of a team.
The Benefits: Paid training course to become a licensed Loan Officer.
Monthly compensation is hourly, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Health/Dental/Life insurance eligibility after 60 days.
