We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Advertising Manager to manage and grow our PPC, Display, and social advertising team.

A critical part of our Demand Generation team in the Marketing Department, this has lots of growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving huge volumes of traffic for Lead Generation and Online Sales using multiple channels.

It is critical that this person be extremely organized, detail oriented, and obsessed with tracking and reporting on results.

We are a ?Grow or Die? company so maintaining current levels of production is never sufficient, the right person should always be looking for ways to scale out and grow high converting traffic.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing media spends of $200,000 or more per month and communicating results and opportunities for growth.

The perfect candidate will be a numbers oriented team player and be comfortable utilizing the resources of the 30 person Marketing Department which includes media buyers, copywriters, designers, funnel optimization specialists, product managers, and more.

This will be the hands on strategist and implementer until the volume and workload warrants expansion, so the right candidate needs to be a hands on leader who can grow the department and traffic.

? Primary Manage PPC, Display, and Paid Social Media media plans including budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.

Analyze metrics, produce campaign effectiveness reports and implement optimization strategies to improve performance.

Research new opportunities to grow traffic and increase conversions.

Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity.

Establish and foster professional, productive rapport with media/platform vendors.

Track and report digital ad performance including reach, frequency and conversions.

Work closely with copywriters to write and test compelling ad copy that converts.

Work closely with design team to create effective ads.

Work closely with the product team to refine product offers to increase conversions and rebills.

Stay on top of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and advise on new ways to reach targets.

All other duties as assigned.

Required 5+ years of experience with display&social advertising and retargeting managing budgets of at least $50,000 per month or more.

5+ years of experience with PPC advertising managing budgets of at least $50,000 per month or more.

3+ years experience using or managing a DMP or DSP.

2+ years of media planning experience.

Extremely Organized.

Able to see the big picture and set a direction without missing the details.

Experience using Trade Desk or other media buying platforms.

Experience with Attribution models.

Experience in online sales funnels and landing page optimization a big plus.

Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations.

Experience with Google analytics goal tracking.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent research skills.

Expert level in Excel or Google Sheets.

Moderate to Advanced level in Salesforce.
