Ocoee, Florida (West Oaks Mall)

Continued growth in our business has resulted in the opening of a new Contact Center in the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee, FL! We are searching for applicants in the service industry who understand that customer relationships are more important than the transaction.  

We have scheduled our very first Information Sessions for our opening team of CSR’s!

Join us at one of the following sessions of your choice. Please come prepared to interview (professional dress, resume and business references in hand!), learn about our openings, culture and company, and meet our hiring managers.  Plan to spend about 2 ½ hours with us!

Background and Education Required:

  • Exemplary customer service skills to handle multiple tasks within our fast paced e-Service Center
  • Strong computer skills including web navigation and knowledge of online shopping experience
  • HS Diploma required; college education preferred
  • Ability to express ideas and processes clearly both verbally and in writing; excellent command of grammar and spelling
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

  • The desire to satisfy our customers promptly and further strengthen customer loyalty
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Can make logical conclusions, anticipates obstacles, and considers different approaches to the decision-making process
