Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services operates food and beverage concepts in all four terminals at the airport, ranging from full service to casual dining including branded concepts such as Chili s Too Grill & Bar, Dunkin Donuts, Food Network Kitchen, Villa, KW Caf , Kalik, Casavana, Chef Allen, Blue Bar, Desano s Pizza, Harvest and Grounds/ Cross Grains, Casa Noble and several more to come.

The Opportunity Oversee supervision of commissary employees, including hiring, scheduling, and training on policies, procedures, duties and activities.

Purchase, receive and distribute food and beverage, verifying receiving slips and forwarding invoices; complete timely and accurate bi-monthly inventory.

Building and maintaining vendor relationships.

Issue product to stands; ensure correct stock has been delivered.

Ensure product quality; control costs.

Keep abreast of sanitation laws; ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed.

Maintaining the inventory process.

Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions.

Qualified candidates must have: 2-3 years of food service experience, including experience with inventory distribution and control, purchasing and sanitation procedures.

Previous management or supervisory experience.

Familiar with purchasing and sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment.

Experience with Tangent POS & Micros preferred.

Strong communication, organizational skills and customer service skills.

Ability to analyze data and make decisions.

Experience working in a union environment preferred.
