ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and action day to day emails.
- Process on a daily basis all Disney emails relating to packages, following the agreed procedures.
- Manage Disney customer service issues in both in-house and support to CRC.
- Facilitate booking process for Disney tickets via b2b tickets store, Cirque du Solei via Cirque Connect, Discovery Cove via EZ Ticket and Blue Man Group.
- Assist with Rep product queries and booking issues.
- Create daily reports for transfers.
- Create and check all check all confirmations received for Disney reservations.
- Manage relocations with Disney Reservation Center and CRC, based on the agreed procedure.
- Provide Customer Service to clients internally and externally.
- Manage, action and facilitate all stop sales and confirmations.
- Assist and process litigation reports within the agreed deadlines set by the Accounting department.
- Support operational duties relating to Activities Bank offline reservations reports and queries.
- Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Open and Flexible schedules. This department works during the weekends and holidays. Department Hours are from 6am to 8pm / 7 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish or English and Portuguese
- Flexible attitude to working hours including weekend and holidays coverage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Methodical and precise in approach to work.
- Ability to perform work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point with specific emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- At least two years administrative/and or customer service experience in the hospitality or travel industry, including attractions and/or themed parks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED is required and at least two years of experience in related fields. Hospitality industry experience in Themed Parks is a PLUS.
