This opportunity is with a leading law firm with an office in downtown Orlando, seeking an experienced and professional individual to join their team! Commercial Litigation Paralegal Review and analyzing business, financial, and other case-related documents and records Prepare for and attend arbitration, mediation, and trial Draft pleadings and legal correspondences Conduct legal research Assist with case management and provide quality control of electronic documents Assist with discovery responses and work within eDiscovery software Five plus years experience in this or a related field College degree and paralegal certificate preferred Florida Registered Paralegal, NALA, or similar certification preferred Trial preparation and eDiscovery experience Proficiency in viewing, annotating, and organizing documents in a litigation support software environment (i.
