We have 70 locations throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Lake, Seminole, and Orange counties with plans for future growth. Currently, we are seeking someone experienced in working as a Helpdesk/IT role to join our dynamic team located in Orlando.

JOB SUMMARY:              

Provides IT support to end users to resolve hardware and software issues.  Refers matters outside their scope of duties to the Systems Support Lead or Help Desk Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication.  Diagnosis problems and performs troubleshooting activities.
• Documents, tracks and monitors reported problems to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Performs duties relying on established guidelines and direction from manager to accomplish daily job functions.
• May be required to be on-call during nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Industry appropriate IT certifications.

INTERACTIONS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must possess the ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of internal personnel, providers, personnel of outside organizations, contractors, etc.   Must possess good organizational skills, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and be able to work effectively with all levels of aforementioned groups.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting and reaching.  Requires full range of body motion including manual, finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.   Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
