Asan Warehouse Manager your include: EssentialDuties & (included but not limitedto): Practice and adhere to the "Code ofConduct" philosophy and "Mission and ValueStatement".
Oversee all warehousefunctions.
Assist in preparation of annual warehouseoperation budget.
Maintain operating expenses based on anannual operating budget.
Prepare warehouse Key PerformanceIndicator report.
Ensure that all policies and proceduresare being followed by the warehouse staff.
Assist ininventory management as needed.
Maintain effectivecommunication with customers, co-workers, and other teammembers.
Ensure that all material handling andtransportation equipment is properly maintained.
Supervisephysical inventory counts during semi-annual inventory.
Ensure warehouse operations meet all department mandated timeframes anddeadlines.
Prepare and conduct annual performance reviewsfor warehousestaff.
Knowledge, Skills,& Abilities: Policies &Procedures - articulates knowledge and understanding oforganizational policies, procedures and systems.
Organization - proactively prioritized needs and effectively managesresources.
Communication - communicates clearlyand concisely.
Leadership - guides individualsand groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards anddelivering leading quality services.
Customer orientation- establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships,building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceedingexpectations.
Tactical execution - oversees thedevelopment, deployment and direction of complex programs andprocesses.
Project management - assesses workactivities and allocates resources appropriately.
