Job Description
As a Payment Consultant, your role is to qualify and sell the leads that are assigned to you. You will be contacting both cold and warm leads through inside sales cadences. With a focus on pipeline development, you should maintain professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to improve knowledge-base for clients and increase customer acquisition. You will be measured on the conversion of lead to SQL activity, opportunities created, and number of deals won/revenue.
Expected start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
● Achieve a minimum of 30% conversion rate from leads to SQLs
● Qualify leads from Fattmerchant database as well as outbound leads
● Regularly research top competitors and industry news
● Open communications with the marketing team to help promote campaigns
● Manage sales tools i.e. HubSpot, SalesLoft, Snap Engage
● Be a brand ambassador in the community through event presence - including, but not limited to, chamber events, O-Tech, Meetups, associations, others.

● Inbound sales experience and proven success in generating revenue
● Excellent communication skills, to work within team and client relations
● Ability to effectively communicate with potential customers, the sales department, and the marketing department
● Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment with aggressive quota deadlines

● Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
● Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
