Hotel Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage our Hotel Restaurant and Bar.  The Manager will be responsible for running the restaurant for all of its operational hours.  The Black and Gold Bar & Grill opens for Breakfast and Dinner.  The candidate must have a proven record of successfully managing staff, implementing policies and procedures and generating revenue for the establishment.   The Manager will be responsible for Training and Supervising staff, following food safety procedures, meeting revenue goals, improving sales, maintaining safe work conditions, auditing, inventory, following and implementing cash handling policies, etc.    

Experience in Social Media, Promotion and Restaurant Events is a plus.  Hotel experience is not a requirement, but is preferred.
