POSITION OPEN: 

At&t Field Sales Manager - Wireless

EMPLOYEE TYPE:

Full-time

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

  • Building and maintaining trusting relationships with consumer account holders
  • Maintaining consistency and highly visible presence in designated assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently visiting new and prospective customers 
  • Tracking data accurately through SaleForce technology
  • Attending training sessions on at&t technology (4K, Fiber Optics, LTE, 5G, Genie mini)
  • Routinely training and ensuring understanding of Apple, LG, and Samsung products
  • Daily participating and/or presenting in sales & marketing team meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience with an emphasis in Business or Marketing desired
  • Minimum one year experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, marketing and/or telecommunications 
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication in assigned region
  • Strong presentation skills with small to medium sized groups
  • Understanding of remote business tools such as home alarm systems, smart phones, tablets, and/or laptop use, including trouble-shooting issues with connectivity
  • Valid driver’s license
