Sous Chef (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale  

The Caribe Royale is not only a beautiful hotel to visit; it's also a great place to work, offering an incredible variety of career opportunities.  

This individual will assist in overseeing the operation of the culinary production for the food and beverage outlets in the Caribe Royale. This person is lead material and is able to, not only perform daily tasks as an all around highly qualified culinary chef, but is able to lead by example in sanitation, presentation, following recipes and quality. Able to work any station in the kitchen when necessary.  

Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Culinary management experience role of 3-5 years is required.
