Position Overview:

The Guest Services Manager position will oversee the entire Front Desk Area. The Guest Services Manager will be the Manager on Duty during the evenings and weekends for the entire hotel.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior hotel managerial experience is a must.
  • Opera and IHG experience is a requirement, preferably with Holiday Inn's.
  • Candidate must be a good communicator, leader and have the ability to handle and resolve any Guest complaints.
  • Evenings and weekend availability is a requirement for this position. This is a 6 days per week position, with a 2 to 11 pm shift on most days.
