Administrative Assistant (AM Shift) - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative and support services for the general manager and director of administration including, but not limited to, clerical and office services, communication with guests, vendors and employees, invoice processing, calendar management, and mail functions.  

​Experience with administrative duties of at least 3 years is required. Must be experienced in Microsoft; experience using DocuWare and Paycor is a plus. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have strong computer and communication skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
