Responsibilities\ Responsible provide a quality customer service experience to both external customers and internal inquiries for loan servicing, including mortgage and consumer loans.

The loan servicing team completes and process consumer and/or mortgage loans.

General Duties and Complete loan account maintenance.

Process loan payoff requests.

Prepare and execute annual escrow analysis.

Process paid loans.

Quality review of mortgage and consumer loans.

Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Follow-up on insurance information and process insurance on customer accounts.

Research and respond to customer inquiries.

Process payments and payment exceptions.

Monitor daily reports and perform necessary follow-up.

Perform escrow analysis.

Other duties as assigned.

Education A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.

Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of lending and lending terminology.

2-3 years of loan operations experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

High attention to detail.

The ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to take proactive steps to better client relationships.

Ability to show concern for the needs, feelings, and issues of the client.

Ability to meet client's perception of high quality/best value services and products.

Ability to respond to client's questions or needs even if outside one's area of responsibility.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public.

Entry level role.

Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.

Completes basic problem or trend analyses, and recommends actions to avoid recurrence.

Works under close supervision without latitude for independent judgment.

Consults with senior peers and team leads on non-complex issues to learn through experience.

Typically requires up to three years of experience in computer operations and operations problem-solving experience.
