Job DescriptionAgility Staffing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work for a vacation rental property management company.
Please note, this is located in Ponte Vedra.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
The hourly pay is $12/hour.
Responsibilities:Answer incoming telephone callsMake outgoing calls as neededCompose and answer incoming emails from various departments and satellite officesCorrespond with photographers to schedule photosManage assigned social media pageCreate engaging postsRespond to messages/commentsRespond to guest reviewsShare relevant information to corresponding pagesEnsure the quality of photos received by photographers using the Photography GuidelinesManage web contentSort, upload, caption photos according to company standardsEnsure the quality and accuracy of unit descriptions and other property contentProof new contracts for accuracyRequirements:Longevity in past roles is a mustMinimum of 2 years providing customer service over the phoneExperience managing a social media account is preferredCompany DescriptionFrom recruiting and staffing to payroll and benefits, Agility serves the day-to-day needs and long-term goals of each client we serve.
