Assistant Manager Job Description/Responsibilities:-Customer interaction to promote products & services through Sales, Marketing and Public Relations-Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships while effectively managing a team-Manage and Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings for our Fortune 100 clients-Contribute to a positive & energetic environmentDuties and include - Assistant Manager - *Full Time*-Manage a team to achieve and exceed sales and event goals-Drive customer preference for our clients products and loyalty to their brands through marketing, sales and public relations campaigns-Manage timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer-Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for achievement of sales goalsImmediate openings - we are currently looking to train 3 Entry Level Managers / Assistant Managers to help oversee our Tampa location and help with our expansion goals for 2018.

Clients and products represented vary, however, right now we are working with household name brands in Telecommunications!We are looking for several qualified individuals to train in:- Establishing personal goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity.
