The Premier Client Management (PCM) team is focused on enhancing client relationships and developing strategies for the long-term account growth of Echo's top national truckload clients.

You will help achieve business goals by managing the day-to-day operations of the account team and ensuring we go above and beyond customer expectations.

Working closely with your team, you will execute all functions of the clients' shipping needs; help to identify exceptions in the booking and tracking process, track shipments sufficiently to verify pickups and deliveries will be made on time, manage exceptions and service failures proactively and manage customer invoices.

Utilize Echo's proprietary software to build and manage all shipments assigned to the team.

Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer specific needs and priorities.

Work with internal partners to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on time pickup or delivery.

Retrieve and upload all necessary invoices and paperwork and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist with filing claims on behalf of the client.

Work with your team to proactively learn how to quote and price truckload shipping opportunities.

Earned high school, 2-year community college or vocational degree.

Task oriented.

Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight.

Enjoy working in a team environment but complete their own deliverables on a daily basis.

Professional, courteous and cooperative.

Reliable and willing to learn.
