We are currently hiring for a Collections Specialist for a busy waste company.
The person will be responsible to make outbound collection calls to past and existing customers with outstanding balances.
The ideal person will be upbeat, professional and convincing.
Make outbound calls based on provided list to request for payment.
Update system with each communication and its result.
Obtain credit card information or other forms of payment over the phone.
Bring up any concerns to management.
Must have 2+ years of solid collections experience.
Must be able to read, write and communicate professionally.
Must have experience using different software.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include, but not limited to: criminal background check, drug screening and employment verification.
Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00AM 6:00PM
