As an Interior Repair Technician, you will perform cosmetic repairs using trained techniques and various tools on small to midsize interior vehicle damage.

This role will report to assigned routes and established accounts on a daily basis to service our clients in a timely and effective manner.

In this role, your compensation is directly related to how hard you work.

The more effort you put in, the more you ll earn.

(Uncapped commission potential Full sales support no prospecting required).

and Duties.

Travel to client sites to perform interior repairs consisting of: Odor removal.

Alloy wheel refinishing.

Windshield chip repair.

Headlight restoration.

Dashboard reconditioning.

Carpet, seat, steering wheel, door, headliner, and cargo area repairs.

Establish and maintain customer relationships.

Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies.

Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews.

Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain provided company vehicle, tools, and additional equipment per company standards.

Required Qualifications.

High school diploma or equivalent (i.

e.

GED).

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver s license.

Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time.

Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening.

Attend mandatory four-week Technician Training in Lexington, NC (lodging provided).

Preferred Qualifications.

Post high school training and/or education.

At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience.

At least one year of customer service experience.
