Market Traders Institute Inc. (MTI) is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for Market Traders Institute. As a Digital Marketing Director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for cutting-edge digital experiences, exceeding growth goals, and driving excellence. Providing forward-thinking ideas, building and maintaining a strong digital presence, and catapulting the organization with industry best practices is what makes this individual successful.

Education: 

BA – in marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred

Compensation Structure:

Exempt/Salary- Up to $110k; based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Traders Institute (MTI) digital properties to support the company's business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness)
  • Manage and drive all organic and paid media efforts (SEO, PPC, social, email delivery, and blogs)
  • Use digital metrics to benchmark and deliver upon KPIs (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, velocity) to optimize digital investments to ensure a strong sales pipeline (and ROI)
  • Test the performance of landing pages, special promotions, content and product placement
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing, field marketing, and communications to align online activity with broader campaign initiatives
  • Oversee media spend and search against performance metrics to optimize results
  • Optimize website for optimum e-commerce and organic lead capture
  • Ensure brand and message consistency for maximum conversion across all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails and social media, etc.)
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of engagement and conversion
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase market share
  • Monitor competitive digital activity and provide ideas to differentiate MTI

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with a variety of digital marketing technologies and “best practices” to maximize marketing automation, SEO, PPC and retargeting, Google Analytics, content syndication, etc.
  • Experience with eCommerce or digital sales funnels
  • Proven track record achieving revenue goals and marketing contribution targets (website traffic, conversion -- web and demand generation, social media impact)
  • Proven product and market messaging and storytelling experience and expertise
  • Experience in selecting / managing creative and digital agency partners
  • Student of SiriusDecisions methodology
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Five plus years of B2C online marketing with a strong focus on analytics and optimization (organic and paid)
  • Three plus years of B2C social media marketing experience, including the operation of tools for listening, posting and analyzing (shared and owned content)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, analytics, and agencies
  • Online education and financial services experience desired
