We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who embody the culture of our resort: fun-loving, professional and dedicated to excellence.
This inviting beach property sets the standard for treating guests and families to a service experience like none other in the Naples area.
We pride ourselves on allowing our team members to be responsible for their own actions and guest interactions to create timeless memories, allowing our guests to experience all the resort has to offer including: our tranquil spa and hair/nail salon; incredible culinary delights; the largest guest rooms in southwest Florida and an unmatched level of service and attention from our world-class service providers from across the globe.
Our Cooks are responsible for set-up and maintenance of the operation during their shift; manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner; stock and maintain food stations; requisition items from the store room to complete production/prep goals; maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times; practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.

We conduct pre-employment drug screens, social security number checks and criminal background checks on all new hires and may, depending upon position, conduct a credit or driving check.
