Skills required:Prior related work experience in a technical support environmentProvide Level 1 support for applications supportedDemonstrated ability to work individually or within a team environmentStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshootAbility to explain technical information to non-technical clientsDemonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledgePC desktop, laptop and peripheral hardware configurationsWindows Family Operating systems (Win7, Win10)Email and Calendar SystemsVPN Remote connectivityCustomer Service Phone trainingWeb based applicationsHandles problems that are complex, unknown and new with confidenceMultitasks by think, type, troubleshoot and talk effectivelyExcellent understanding of Help Desk Operations; including tools (call tracking systems, ACD) processes and methodologiesFlexibility for work hours (nights, weekends, swing shift)Certified in 1 or more of the following (excluding SAP): A+, Network +, ITIL MCP (Microsoft Certified Pro) - provided by Dice Refer to Job Description
