Convention Services/Catering Coordinator (AM/Flexible Shift) – Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, be able to multitask and prioritize department needs to meet deadlines, and maintain confidential information. They must approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner while adhering to company standards. Must be able to show initiative, including, but not limited to, anticipating guests and operational needs as well as perform other duties requested by management.  

At least two years of Convention Services and Catering experience is required. Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent computer, communication, and written skills are required. Knowledge of DELPHI is a plus. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
