You will be primarily responsible for performing repairs, maintenance and installation to a variety of equipment including: chillers, unitary HVAC equipment, refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers and more! A Successful Technician will have.

? Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills ? Good customer relations and interpersonal skills (professional disposition, upbeat but down-to-earth with a sense of humor) ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ? A 'self-starter' attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner ? Great verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to use required technology for the (training provided) ? Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision Required Experience: Minimum of the Position? ? Minimum of 5yrs experience specific to the commercial HVAC industry ? Possess own basic hand tools ? Universal EPA Certified ? Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration, pneumatic/ddc control, and air conditioning systems ? Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems ? Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade ? Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics ? Verifiable references & work history ? Valid Driver's License & clean driving record ? Ability to pass a background check & drug screen ? Ability to lift and maintain holding up to 50 lbs ? Ability to safely climb and balance on a ladder ?
