Service Technician should troubleshoot and repair Commercial HVAC systems and controls.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and system change-outs as needed.
Maintain truck inventory to required levels.
Ensure condition and serviceability of company provide tools and equipment.
For Service Technician Perform preventative maintenance Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment Complete service reports, time entry, and all other paperwork and reporting on provided tablet and submit via electronic service tool.
Adheres to all customer while on job site Conducts business professionally.
Maintains self-control and integrity in stressful situations.
Maintains a professional image Accommodate an on-call rotation Knowledge skills and abilities for Service Technician Valid driver?s license and good driving record.
Good people skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction Any combination equivalent to High School diploma, supplemented by approved apprenticeship program in HVAC and refrigeration repair, and two years of responsible experience in the HVAC trade.
Ability to operate equipment used in the installation, repair, and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Preparing and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to safely handle hazardous materials.
Ability to perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percent?s, and/or ratios.
Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
Ability to work overtime with minimal notice required.
Education and experience High school diploma/GED EPA 608 Universal certified Trade school or Associate's Degree preferred 3 years working experience Physical Demands: Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.
Able to crouch, kneel, and twist throughout the work day.
Able to manipulate equipment and instruments with precise hand and finger movements.
