Banana Bay is seeking a Front Desk Agent with the ability to provide overall exceptional guest service to include registration, checkout, cashiering, assisting guests with requested information, service requests and concerns as well as answer and direct calls of guests and staff.
Computer knowledge a must.
At least one year of Front Office experience in a hotel preferred.
One year of guest/customer service experience required.
Opera experience a plus.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length and lift up to 15 lbs.

High school or equivalent education.
Associates may be required to work different schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Attendance to all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.
