What's the Role? We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Sales Assistant to join our innovative and passionate team.

organized: answer phone calls, take messages, create calendar invites for meetings/closings/ etc.
file and store emails.
Create preapproval letters after loan officer qualification.
Pipeline Inspection: Daily assessment of team turn times to minimize lock expirations, missed contingency and scheduled close times.
Change/extend loans and request pricing expectations as needed or requested.
Track/approve HUD s to borrowers (Review charges, verify borrower understands their funds for closing must come from approved accounts, etc).
Send thank you notes on a monthly basis to clients we closed with that month.
Self-directed with a strong desire to learn and be a member of an innovative winning team.
Excellent disposition, mindset and work ethic.
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking.
Inherent love of and desire to serve clients and create something unique and fantastic.
Commitment to integrity and customer service.
Exceptional communication skills with desire to help build relationships with Borrowers and Realtors.
Technology savvy- proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
