Devise new trading algos, understand existing ones and optimize their performance.

Preferred Qualifications.
A graduate degree in a quantitative subject.
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft.
NET/C# is a must.
Familiarity with financial trading or transaction cost analysis is an advantage.
