Assistant Director of Food and Beverage (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate will have at 5 years’ experience with Food & Beverage management in a 4 Diamond/4 Star hotel, ability to oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage daily operations including, but not limited to, liquor controls, ordering, inventory, cost control & analysis, and staying up to date on trending product knowledge. Complete understanding of P&L. Must be able to assist with training new staff, interviewing, ordering uniforms, equipment, liquor, food & sundry items. Will assist with payroll and maintain profitability while maintaining budget guidelines. Previous work with resort restaurant, bars, fine dining, and kitchen experience is required.
Must have a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong computer, oral and written communication skills. Only candidates that meet the above qualifications will be considered.
