Join a progressive and globally capable executive search and HR consulting firm located in Lake Mary, FL. We are looking for a smart, nimble and engaging Client Services & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great written/verbal communication skills, great rapport capabilities, strong organizational acumen and a love for working with and supporting teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being primary contact for client services, referring and coordinating work between clients, consultants and account managers.
  • Support of the sales team in the preparation of proposals, power point decks, coordination of meetings and travel as needed.
  • Prepare operations reports for sales & client services, provide feedback on those reports with potentials operational improvements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and visitors to discern interest and route to appropriate parties
  • Support back-end needs on the website and social media for company pages
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

This is a full-time job to be performed at our Laky Mary office. Some light travel may be required occasionally. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
