The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive guest experience and maintain a positive work environment. They will make sure to be aware of the hotel's daily activities regarding conventions, functions, meetings, groups, etc. They will conduct regular property tours, making sure to report any issues or concerns which may need immediate attention. They will ensure proper communication to all departments involved when facing a challenging situation.Skills required for this job include excellent verbal & written communication skills, typing, Microsoft Office applications, computers, phones, problem solving techniques, and so on.
A minimum of 2 years in a hotel supervision or management position is required. Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
